Her journey embodies a rich tapestry of recreational softball, travel softball, high school, and college play. Rasheeda's profound passion for the game drives her mission - to impart authentic and genuine mentorship to aspiring players.
Big Boss Performance offers comprehensive player development services, covering hitting, pitching, catching, and infield skill instruction. Rasheeda's commitment extends beyond the field, as she aims to also provide recruiting services to guide players towards college or professional level of playing. She goes the extra mile by curating personalized player performance mixtapes, showcasing live game footage, and skill development clips. In addition, she also provides recruiting email templates, academic support to ensure clients are NCAA eligible, and assist with eligibility center registration.
